DATUK ISMAIL MOHD NOOR

GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Datuk Ismail Bin Mohd Noor currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of Bestinet. Together with his team of proficient employees, Datuk Ismail is moving the company to consolidate operations and delivery offerings into a single platform, making them more focused in their business. He understands the importance of involving his employees in key decision making as they are crucial in the organisation’s strategic advancement.

Besides being involved in various project and solutions development by Bestinet, Datuk Ismail was once involved with CyberSecurity Project Management and Monitoring System; MDeC eServices Platform, MDec Manpower Requisition System, and MDeC Intranet; Computerisation of the Pension Division of Malaysia; Modernisation and Computerization of Immigration Malaysia through his previous employment as Senior System Analyst in HeiTech Padu Berhad, Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd, Concosi8, and Technodex.

Datuk Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Surveying Technology and Master of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of East London.

DATUK MUHAMMAD SHUKRI BIN ABDUL MUTALIB

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Datuk Muhammad Shukri Bin Abdul Mutalib joined Bestinet in 2013 and quickly got promoted as the Chief Technology Officer in August 2016. His role in Bestinet includes leading Bestinet’s technical team in delivering its solutions while ensuring all consideration are taken into place and beneficial for all stakeholders.

Datuk Shukri is also an advisor to the team, providing that solutions given are in line with technology, resources, and within the expertise of Bestinet. Prior to his employment with Bestinet Sdn. Bhd, he was the Software Architect in HeiTech Padu Berhad. Among his achievements includes management and framework designing Jabatan Kehakiman, Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan.

Datuk Shukri completed his study in Universiti Utara Malaysia IT majoring in Artificial Intelligence in 2002. Looking at Bestinet as one of the fast-grown IT company, Datuk Shukri have a vision to make Bestinet a world class solutions provider where solutions offered by Bestinet are not just appreciated but at the same time, being valued.

Ts.MOHD NASIR

CHIEF INFRASTRUCTURE OFFICER

Mohd Nasir has brilliant adaptation and understanding of the value and influence that technology can have on business. He is a leader and he is also a doer and together with his team, he makes things happen. As Chief Infrastructure Officer, Nasir is responsible for our IT services, constructing and producing persuasive ideas for technology optimization across our international organization.

Mohd Nasir joined Bestinet in 2014 as the Head of IT Services , bringing almost 10 years of experience gained in Infrastructure Management and Configuration Monitoring tools for Hardware & System Health. His outstanding direction in delivering services and functions in accordance with the organization’s strategic focus has gained him the Chief Infrastructure Officer position in 2022.

Mohd Nasir obtained his Bachelor Degree from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in Computer Science (Networking)  where he also gained his professional IT skills especially in Data Center Development & Designing.

JUSMAWAR HASNI JAMALUDDIN

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Jusmawar Hasni Jamaluddin or known as Jusz Jamaluddin is adept in business strategic planning and harnessing data to maximize performance and profit. She is objectives-oriented with vast exposure and combined experience in business management and development, project management and account management.

Her specializations and expertise is in providing commercial and contract management advisory support to ensure commercial interest are optimized for the intended businesses.

With experience of more than 10 years in the industry, Jusz have a threshold of experience with focus on both top line and bottom line result. She is also in charge on the strategic management and planning for both subsidiaries and group level.

Jusz is a graduate of LimKokWing University College of Creative Technology in Advertising, Multimedia & Broadcasting.

KUNAL
TAYAL

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Kunal started his journey with Bestinet in February 2015 as an Assistant Manager, Finance. He then progressed as Head of Department and eventually promoted as Chief Financial Officer in the year 2017 where he oversees full spectrum financial operations for the entire group in ensuring sound finance governance and statutory reporting.

His breadth of knowledge covers budgeting & forecasting, financial planning, risk management, accounting, statutory and tax audit, management reporting as well as business consultancy.

Throughout his tenure with Bestinet, he has successfully pioneered the entire Group Finance Department from scratch, formulated and controlled processes within the Finance Department to safeguard against corrupt practices as well as ensured complete compliance of all tax and company laws.

He is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possess a MBA in Finance from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, India.

NOREMI MD SHAARI

CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER

Noremi have oversight responsibilities for Bestinet’s operations managing the operation division which consist of six departments including Customer Management, Public & Govt Engagement, Training, Service Delivery, Operation Support, Medical Services.

Her excellent leaderships and management skills with clear focus on high quality and business profit has earned her the position.

Noremi joined Bestinet on May 2013 as Public Relations Manager where she is directly involved in the formulation of policies and procedures related to public information programs. Noremi got promoted to Head of Customer Management & Corporate Communication in December 2015 before her latest promotion as COO in 2018.

Noremi graduated in Bachelor in Multimedia from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2008 and completed Master in Business Administration from the same University in 2018.
